How are the shirts made?
Sarah creates designs in procreate and either carves them into a rubber block or creates a screen using heat transfer vinyl (this is a new method for me). I order blank shirts from a wholesaler and stamp with the rubber carving or screenprint the design onto the shirt. The rubber block designs have a more imperfect, old t-shirt vibe. The screen printed designs are more saturated and precise looking. Check out the blog posts for a more in-depth look at the design and printing process.
How long does it take to get my shirt?
Shirt sales are open for a period of a few days for “pre-sale”. Once sales close, I order all of the blank shirts. Sometimes the shirts get to me by the next day, and sometimes it takes a week. Once the shirts come in, it takes several days to print and heat set and package. I quote 1 to 2 weeks from the end of the pre-sale to when the shirts ship out or are ready for pick up. It’s usually a week and a half.
What sizes are available?
Regular unisex crewneck t-shirts are typically available in x-small to 4x. Other styles offered come in a varying range of sizes. With Covid-19, many shirts are out of stock in certain sizes and colors, especially white! Sometimes I will have to use a comparable brand of shirt to get the colors and sizes needed.
Do you offer kids’ sizes or other styles?
I typically list styles that are the most popular. If you are looking for a different style, send an email to email@example.com and I’ll see about hooking you up!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and major credit cards through Stripe.
How do I pick up my order?
If you chose “free pickup in Thibodaux” as your shipping method, then you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready. You can reply to that email or contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time for pickup. I don’t have a storefront, so I just need to make sure I’ll be home when you want to stop by!
How can I return my shirt or report a defective item?

Can I get one of the past designs?
The short answer: no. The long answer: This business is my artistic outlet and it’s more fun for me when I’m creating new things. Once a pre-sale is over, the design is retired.
Do you do custom designs?
